We will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the original shipment date. Products must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us.
Please note, that additional delivery charges will apply in all exchange/refund circumstances.
All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear.
SNUG Australia is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
