Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS processed *securely* through our trusted and verified merchant account. You can see that our website is secured and encrypted by SSL when you are asked to enter your information during ordering. Your order will be processed safely and securely.
We also accept PAYPAL. You can even pay with your credit cards on Paypal, if you don`t have a paypal account.
Please note, because of the large amount of deceptive fraud on the Internet, we can only ship to the billing address that is listed with your credit card company. Attempts to have footwear shipped to address that is not on file with your credit card company will result in a declined transaction.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with the bags you receive from us, please contact us within /*seven*/ days of received your bags. It is our responsibility to provide every customer with complete satisfaction -- No question asked!
Please make sure the bags have not been used at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat: the bags mustn't have been uesd or we will reject your refund. After we receive the returned package ,we will refund your purchase price directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay return freight on all returns.
Please ask us for returning address, DO NOT return to the original address, coz there will be no one there taking care of return / exchange or refunding.
Q: Do you also do wholesale or sell in bulk?
